To determine if you may be eligible to receive Food Stamps benefits, you can participate in an online screening by clicking on the Pre-Screening Tool link below.  This screening is produced by the Food and Nutrition Service of the United States Department of Agriculture.  Please be advised that this link will leave our website and forward you to the Food and Nutrition Services' Site.  There you can find more information about programs and services sponsored by the Food and Nutrition Service. 

Pre-Screening Tool

If you would like to apply for food stamps, click the link below to obtain an application. Once you have completed the application you must mail or fax your application to your local Department of Human Services (DHS) office.  Upon receipt of your application, the DHS office will mail you an appointment time.  You must attend this appointment and bring all requested documentation to this appointment.  Failure to do so, will delay the application process.
