SERVICES OFFERED: A Project serving Tennessee and Kentucky that  provides remedies through education and litigation to lessen any unfair credit practice that harms the borrower or supports a credit system that promotes inequality and poverty by praying on:

 

  • §Homeowners with high equity and credit problems who need cash
  • §Elderly households
  • §Low-income households
  • §Minority households
  • §Households in financial crisis caused by health problems, job loss, death of spouse or major home repairs
  • §Homeowners who lack financial management skills
  • §Homeowners with sub-par credit histories

 

If a deal to buy, repair or refinance a house sounds too good to be true, it usually is!
