Mid-South Housing Intermediary Grant

 

SERVICES OFFERED: Provides advocacy on housing matters, counseling on home ownership and rental issues. WTLS and our partners are certified HUD housing counseling agencies, and we advocate for fair housing.

Counseling Services: Rental Issues, Homeownership, Mortgage Default, Budgeting and Credit Issues, Section 8 Rental, Public or Subsidized Housing Issues.

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS:  None

INCOME/ASSET GUIDELINES: No income guidelines

SERVICE AREA:  Tennessee, Alabama, Kentucky, North Carolina, Georgia, and Mississippi.  See Partners for a service provider near you.
