Housing Counseling Information and Referral Project

SERVICES OFFERED: Provides information and referral on housing matters, counseling on home ownership and rental issues. WTLS is a certified HUD housing counseling agency, an advocate for fair housing, acts as counsel for non-profit organizations to increase affordable housing stock; and offers community education programs, research and technical assistance. Special Funds from City of Jackson, HUD and Bancorp South  for citizens that live within the city limits of Jackson

Counseling Services: Rental Issues, Homeownership, Mortgage Default, Budgeting and Credit Issues, Section 8 Rental, Public or Subsidized Housing Issues.

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS:  None

INCOME/ASSET GUIDELINES: No income guidelines
