Colonias Housing Project

SERVICES OFFERED: Comprehensive housing counseling services on a regional basis through the following activities:  Pre-Occupancy Counseling, Homebuyer Education Programs, Post-Purchase/Mortgage Default and Rental Delinquency Counseling, Post-Purchase/Post-Occupancy Counseling, HECM Counseling, Home Improvement and Rehabilitation Counseling, Displacement and Relocation Counseling and Marketing and Outreach.

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS: None 

INCOME/ASSET GUIDELINES:  None

SERVICE AREA:  Areas located 150 miles within the border between the United States and Mexico defined as Colonias.  (Texas, Arizona, California, and New Mexico See Partners for a service provider near you.)
