SERVICES OFFERED:
This program is designed to help meet various needs to ensure
good medical regime maintenance. Services offered through this program at WTLS
include monthly food vouchers, case management, and gas vouchers
to medical appointments.
ELIGIBILITY
REQUIREMENTS: Must
be a person living with HIV/AIDS.
INCOME/ASSET
GUIDELINES: 300% below federal poverty level.
SERVICE AREA:
18 counties in West Tennessee: Benton, Carroll, Chester, Crockett, Decatur,
Dyer, Gibson, Hardeman, Hardin, Haywood, Henderson, Henry, Lake,
Lauderdale, Madison, McNairy, Obion, and Weakley.

*Additional services are available through the West
Tennessee Regional Health Department, such as Insurance Assistant Plan to
help with premiums, deductibles, and co-pays, dental care and
medical assistance for an HIV specialist and medications.
