SERVICES OFFERED:  Capacity building for non-profit housing organizations.

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS:  Must be a non-profit housing provider.

INCOME/ASSET GUIDELINES:  None

SERVICE AREA:  Counties being served in Tennessee:  Benton, Carroll, Chester, Crockett, Decatur, Dyer, Fayette, Gibson, Hardeman, Hardin, Haywood, Henderson, Henry, Lake, Lauderdale, McNairy, Madison, Obion, Shelby, Tipton,  and Weakley.  Counties being served in Mississippi:   Attala, Benton, Bolivar, Carroll, Coahoma, DeSoto (Memphis EMSA), Grenada, Holmes, Humphreys, Lafayette, Leflore, Marshall, Montgomery, Panola, Quitman, Sunflower, Tallahatchie, Tate, Tippah, Tunica, Union, Walthall, Warren Washington, and Yalobusha  Counties being served in Alabama:  Barbour, Bullock, Choctaw, Clarke, Dallas, Greene, Hale, Lowndes, Macon, Marengo, Perry, Pickens, Russell (Columbus, GA-AL MSA) Sumter, Washington, and Wilcox.
