ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS:  Must be a non-profit housing provider.

SERVICE AREA:  Counties being served:  Benton, Carroll, Chester, Crockett, Decatur, Dyer, Fayette, Gibson, Hardeman, Hardin, Haywood, Henderson, Henry, Lake, Lauderdale, McNairy, Madison, Obion, Tipton,  and Weakley.
